Poster is quite similar to the RESTClient, and has some very handy features for interacting with web services and other web resources that lets you make HTTP requests, set the entity body, and content type. For example, the Accept MIME-type is easier to set with Poster.  It is useful developer tool that allows interacting with a web services and inspecting the results such as the Nstein REST API.
