Need designer / developer to complete a small project (part time):

Basically, we have a iPhone app that displays a 3D visualization of the earth, containing geotagged messages with text/image/audio/video. We call this a "Spark", since it floats up from the surface of the earth, and looks like a spark. Users "touch" the spark to reveal/view the content inside, and the public can submit new sparks to the system via the iPhone app.

The server-side engine is Drupal, and we've created a custom node type for these "sparks" using modules such as: Location, FileField CCK, Image Attach, etc. We have also written some simple PHP scripts to act as a web service for the iPhone app.

There is NO front end, except this: http://oneprayer.net (which should be replaced).

The development we need would come in two phases:

Phase 1:
- Create a landing page for the iPhone App, plus a couple other support pages (contact info, FAQ)
- Design the theme for these pages
- Create a spark moderation system for administrators: eg, send administrators a daily email of submissions, provide a simple table in the browser where administrators can approve/reject submissions.

Phase 2:
- Design a simple method for viewing sparks in the website (eg, on a Google Map)
- Create an elegant submission form so that users can submit sparks directly on the website.

(Note: we have toyed with elements of phase 2, since we needed debugging tools during iPhone development. We can provide a prototype of the map that uses the GMap module and FlowPlayer for audio/video playback.)
