Lead Architect (Montreal)

Responsibilities: This individual will be the lead architect from a brand new product offering in the area of clinical communications management (CCM). The CCM project will integrate several industry leading solutions to offer a seamless solution that provides directory assistance, critical test results management, medical dictation and other high value services.
<br>
This individual will work closely with the product management team to understand, document and elaborate business requirements. As lead architect, this individual will be responsible for defining the overall system architecture and leading the implementation using an offshore implementation team.

Qualifications:
<br>
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
<br>
• 8-10 years of progressive industry experience
<br>
• 3-5 years experience developing and deploying Voice XML and / or IVR systems
<br>
• Proven track record of building and deploying highly scalable web based solutions
<br>
• 4-5 years experience developing and deploying C# / .NET based solutions
<br>
• Minimum 3 years experience as a technical team lead
<br>
• Minimum 5 years experience with object oriented analysis (OOA) and design (OOD)
<br>
• Demonstrable knowledge and use of common design patterns
<br>
• Previous experience with Service Oriented Architectures using Web Services is required
<br>
• Minimum 3 years experience with relational database technology including SQL Server and Oracle
<br>
• Experience with HTML, DHTML ,XML, XSL
<br>
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
<br>
• Previous experience working with off shore development teams is strongly desired
<br>
• Previous health care experience strongly desired
<br>
• Previous experience with AJAX solutions is a plus
<br>
• Knowledge of J2EE solutions a plus
<br>
