The Customer Care Centre in St.Albans can now be reached for Support Services at uksupport@nstein.com.

All emails directed to this address will be received within the Case Management System, and automatically assigned a case number and a reference tag. All correspondence sent to uksupport@nstein.com. with the case reference tag in the subject line will be associated to the appropriate case and ensure proper follow up by Customer Care Agents.
