Customer Care Guide revision now available

Marc St-PierreNstein Customer Care announces the availability of a revised Customer Care Guide. Clarifications have been made to the Training Requirement and Premium Support Coverage. When making modifications to the Guide, we strive to maintain the service level our customers expect while clarifying the process for optimal delivery of services. The exact changes are available in the Page Info.
The purpose of this Guide is to outline the terms and conditions under which Nstein will provide either one of the following services with regard to the Nstein Software, upon the execution of the applicable agreement with Nstein:
- Support Services and/or Maintenance Services
- Other Customer Care Services
- Pre-Authorized Services Plan
