Wiki de GULQuébec en ligne

Auteur:

Summer report

Auteur:
Louis-Philippe Huberdeau

For some reason I never quite understood, I always tend to be extremely busy in the summer when I would much rather enjoy the fresh air and take it slow, and be less busy during the winter when heading out is less attractive. This summer was no exception. After the traveling, I started a new mandate with a new client, and that brought my busyness to a whole new level.

Upcoming events

This summer, I will have my largest event line-up around a single theme. None of which will be technical! It will begin on June 25th with RecentChangesCamp (RoCoCo, to give it a French flavor) in Montreal. I first attended that event the last time it was in Montreal and again last year in Portland. It’s the gathering of wiki enthusiasts, developers, and pretty much anyone who cares to attend (it’s free).

Documenting Clojure Code

pClojure is a truly amazing language and still a very young one. There is already a substantial quantity of documentation available for Clojure and some of its libraries. Yet, when talking about documentation, some is not enough. Sure, there's the REPL with all its bells and whistles, but sometimes I prefer to navigate through a well formatted API document using a browser.

Wickedly Short Wikis

Auteur:

pWell well well, let's be a little more serious this time around and talk about code. This is a technical blog (hum... interesting, a stock installation of emacs flyspell mode doesn't know about words like wiki, blog or even flyspell) after all, we ain't gonna talk about nothing! /ppSo, today, I'll talk about wikis or, to be more precise, the software behind them. We'll dissect a very simple implementation, just to see what they are all about.

A Wagn in the Cloud

wagn-logoI’m always on the lookout for a better wiki platform.

Wikis have already had a huge impact, from pet projects to enterprise solutions to Wikipedia, the popular free online encyclopedia.

Wagn could open up even bigger ideas about what online communities can do.
